Accounts Payable

Join Aramark's Finance team as an Accounts Payable Specialist supporting our food, facilities, and uniform services. In this role, you'll process high-volume invoices, match POs and receipts, reconcile vendor statements, and support month-end close. You'll partner with operations teams to resolve discrepancies while upholding strong internal controls and compliance. Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports accurately and on time
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper authorization
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs and resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain vendor files, monitor aging reports, and support month-end close
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with audits as needed
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to address billing issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and tax requirements
• Support continuous improvement of AP processes and systems
