- $30 - $45 per hour based on experience+
Bonuses - Pay based on experience, with premium consideration for Mercedes-Benz repair experience and/or certifications
- Our techs average 40 – 60 or more flag hours per week

- Diagnose and repair vehicles to ensure they meet the highest standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections, helping to keep our customers safe on the road.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training.
- Required:
At least 2+ years of automotive repair experience - Experience with Mercedes-Benz vehicles or similar luxury brands preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
