Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs a Department Administrator, you will provide ongoing administrative support to an office or set of managers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining structures for communication between departments and providing their supervisors with valuable information for business opportunities. Your duties also include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations and needs of the assigned department.
- Processing invoices, budgets and expense reports, material creation and copies.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Maintaining strong working relationships across all dealership departments.
