Estimator – OH Bedford

The Estimator’s primary responsibility is to deliver an outstanding customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs, communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways covering customer drop‑offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Deliver a positive, welcoming attitude to customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand all required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily “production walks” with Management, as required.
• Support teammates when required.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required).
• Participate in training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by the Store Manager.

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1‑year in a related role.
• Compliance with DRP’s.
• Willingness to complete I‑CAR Training.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic ability to seek answers independently.

Estimated $50,000–$100,000+ per year.
