Qualifications:
- Valid certification in both Early Childhood Education and Special Education (dual licensure required)
- Proven experience or strong knowledge of best practices in early childhood special education settings

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide adaptive instruction to a caseload of 10-15 Pre‑K students in a single school building

- Collaborate with related service providers, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
