We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative professional to join a supportive school community in the Cleveland, OH area. This is an opportunity to work alongside educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
As a School Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive psychological services that promote positive educational outcomes and student well-being.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations and interpret assessment data to determine student needs and eligibility for services.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective intervention strategies and support plans.
- Participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings while providing recommendations that promote student success.
- Provide consultation on behavioral, academic, and social-emotional concerns using evidence-based practices.
- Assist with crisis prevention, intervention, and response as needed.
- Monitor student progress and support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid New Mexico School Psychologist license/certification or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Experience conducting psycho educational assessments and writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
