We are seeking a candidate who is well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service, and contribute to our team by:
- Promptly and professionally answering service calls, and setting and confirming appointments
- Accurately and thoroughly writing repair orders
- Acting as a reliable, responsive liaison between the technician and customer
- Patiently and thoroughly assisting our customers through the service process.
- Collaborating with team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure

- Proficient with NNAnet
- Dealer Track experience preferred
- XTime experience preferred

- Good organization skills and a friendly personality
- Fantastic communication skills
- A professional personal appearance
- A team-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- The ability to work with little supervision
- A clean driving record
