Job Description
- Over 10 years of proven experience as an IFS ERP Solution Architect, with deep functional knowledge of manufacturing modules and associated processes.
- Must have IFS experience in manufacturing
- Extensive experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations - including configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment support - specifically within manufacturing environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in configuring IFS or other ERP systems, gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, and delivering end-to-end solutions for Manufacturing and Operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for translating complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders, delivering exceptional service and value.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for operational efficiency and user-focused outcomes.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills; thrives in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
- Committed to continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrates integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, Agile or Scrum-driven project environments.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
