Inventory Manager

As an Inventory Manager for ARAMARK in Food & Beverage Operations, you will lead inventory planning, ordering, and control for assigned locations. You'll manage stock levels, track usage, and ensure accurate records while supporting cost control and waste reduction. Partnering with culinary, operations, and procurement teams, you'll align inventory with menus, events, and client needs. You'll uphold food safety and company standards, use inventory systems to analyze trends and KPIs, and guide a small team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage inventory levels across ARAMARK operations to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Analyze usage, trends, and costs to support forecasting, budgeting, and margin improvement.
• Partner with culinary, operations, and procurement teams to align inventory with menus, events, and client needs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, storage, and company standards for all inventory areas.
• Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
• Use inventory management systems and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and present insights to leadership.
• Train, schedule, and support inventory staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and safety.
