We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shop / Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and can complete daily cleaning responsibilities independently and efficiently.

• Clean and sanitize offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
• Dust and wipe down desks, countertops, furniture, and other surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners as needed
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches, and shared equipment
• Restock restroom supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
• Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors as needed
• Maintain cleaning equipment and properly store supplies
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management
• Follow established cleaning procedures and workplace safety guidelines
• Perform additional general cleaning duties as assigned

• Previous commercial or office cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety practices
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks
