As a part of Sheridan Brimfield, a CJK Group company, we are looking for dedicated Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians for our night shift. You will play a critical role in keeping our production lines running, focusing on catalogs, commercial print, and educational materials.

• Diagnose and repair complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues to minimize production downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and ladder logic for fault isolation.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance using a variety of hand, power tools, and test equipment.
• Work closely with production teams to prioritize work orders, facilitate changeovers, and reduce repeat equipment failures.
• Document maintenance activities and suggest reliability improvements.

• Nights:
  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday, 7:00 p.m.
  
  - 7:00 a.m.

• 4-6+ years of experience in maintaining and installing industrial equipment, both electrical and mechanical.
• Hands‑on expertise with high-voltage systems, electronics troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
• Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical drawings and adherence to lockout/tagout safety procedures.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to follow instructions, make sound decisions, and function effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work 12‑hour night shifts and overtime as necessary.

• Familiarity with electrical codes and experience with PLCs (troubleshooting and programming).
• Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics systems.
• Experience in welding and light fabrication.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and engage in frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs as necessary.
