Experience improving chemical manufacturing processes.
Experience evaluating and optimizing production equipment/workflows for efficiency and output.
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments with safety and quality compliance.
Strong understanding of process improvement and manufacturing principles.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work closely with leadership on strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
