A manufacturing company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Powder Coater/Assembler to join their team. You will be responsible for the powder coating and assembly of fuel tanks, ensuring products meet blueprint specifications and quality standards. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Job Responsibilities- Operate and maintain a manually driven conveyor system for powder coating fuel tanks.
- Prepare surfaces and apply powder coating in accordance with company standards.
- Inspect parts for quality before and after the powder coating process.
- Monitor and maintain chemical levels and equipment for optimal performance.
- Assemble fuel tanks according to blueprints and bills of materials.
- Use hand tools and other equipment to complete assemblies.
- Ensure all parts are correctly fitted and aligned, checking against technical specifications.
- Perform thorough inspections on products and report any defects.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of materials and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
