We are seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join our growing production team. The ideal candidate will operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production, quality output, and adherence to all safety guidelines. This role is essential in supporting high-volume output and maintaining product quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned machinery to meet daily production goals
- Perform basic machine setup, calibration, and die changes
- Inspect finished products for defects and complete quality checks per specifications
- Package finished product for shipping
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support workflow efficiency
- Wire pulling machine operation experience is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new equipment
