Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Document Control Specialist to join our team. The role involves migrating data across systems, updating procedures, and managing document filing and archiving. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat and have 1-2 years of work experience in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

+ Migrate data across various systems.

+ Update and maintain procedures and documentation.

+ Organize and file documents accurately.

+ Ensure compliance with quality assurance and control standards.

+ Review batch records and maintain accurate documentation.

+ Collaborate with R&D and QA teams.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

+ Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.

+ 1-2 years of experience in a regulated environment.

+ Strong understanding of scientific terminology and laboratory data.

+ High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.

+ Experience in laboratory settings, QA/QC, R&D, or similar scientific environments is preferred.

+ Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving document storage boxes.

Work Environment

The role is based in an office setting within a controlled R&D environment, requiring full on-site presence. The position includes handling physical tasks such as lifting boxes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bedford, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
