Retail Zone Team Leader

Ollie's Bargain Outlet -  - Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a designated zone of the store sales floor;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery within the zone;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations;
Oversee stock planning and receiving to ensure sales floor is properly stocked;
Schedule and staff for unloading/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity and customer service standards;
Supervise zone associates, communicate directives, and ensure follow-up;
Perform all Team Leader duties to open and close the store when needed and take on additional responsibilities as assigned
