Route Sales Manager

ARAMARK is seeking a Route Sales Manager to lead a team of route representatives serving clients across the accommodation and food services sector. In this field-based role, you will plan and optimize daily routes, drive sales growth, and ensure consistent, high-quality service for customers in education, healthcare, business, and sports venues. You will coach and develop your team, monitor performance metrics, and resolve customer issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach route sales representatives to achieve revenue and service targets across assigned territory
• Develop daily routing plans and schedules to optimize delivery efficiency and customer coverage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with food service, hospitality, and institutional clients
• Monitor sales performance, analyze route metrics, and implement improvement plans
• Ensure accurate ordering, inventory control, product rotation, and account billing on each route
• Conduct ride-alongs and training to reinforce safety, service standards, and selling techniques
• Resolve customer issues quickly while maintaining a strong focus on service excellence
• Collaborate with operations and facilities teams to support product availability and quality
• Enforce Aramark's safety, compliance, and ethical standards across all route activities
• Support new business development and account expansion within the region
