We deliver high-quality residential and commercial landscaping, enhancement, and maintenance services — and we take pride in both the work we do and the team we ve built. We re looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our installation and enhancements crew.

• Performing landscape installation work including planting trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals
• Installing mulch, edging, stone, and other landscape enhancements
• Assisting with grading, soil preparation, and site cleanup
• Operating a variety of landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Following crew leader direction to complete jobs on schedule and to standard
• Maintaining a clean, professional appearance on job sites

• Reliable transportation to and from work — this is a must
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, power tools, etc.) or willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor — lifting, digging, and working on your feet all day
• A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
• Prior landscaping or horticulture knowledge is a plus, but not required — we ll train the right person
