Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Direct and control traffic using stop/slow paddles, hand signals, and radios to maintain safe and orderly movement through work zones;
Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades in accordance with company procedures and state standards;
Monitor road and worksite conditions continuously and adjust traffic control patterns as needed to ensure safety for workers and the public;
Communicate clearly and consistently with crew members, supervisors, and the public to coordinate safe operations around construction areas;
Follow all safety protocols, including those covered during orientation, and immediately report any hazards, incidents, or equipment issues
