Driver/Warehouse Associate (Bedford Heights, OH)

• Works under the direction of the General and Operations Manager.
• Ensures all orders are pulled correctly and inventory is accurate.
• Unloads and loads all incoming and outgoing freight.
• Makes all deliveries on time.
• Acts as the “eyes and ears” of the company in the field, reporting any customer feedback or competitive information to Operations or the General Manager.
• Maintains cleanliness of the warehouse and office area.
• Picks up materials from local vendors.
• Cleans trucks.
• Collaborates with Inside Sales to ensure the truck routing is efficient.
• Attends any branch meetings called on behalf of Operations or the General Manager.
• Works all mandatory Saturday physical inventories.
• Works the necessary hours per week to complete the job.
• Maintains a safety mindset in all duties performed, especially (but not limited to) driving, material handling, and job‑site evaluation.

• High school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license (Required).
• Valid DOT Med Card (Required).
• Preferably two (2) years of safe driving experience.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move items 40‑70 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be willing to work odd hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends; occasional travel may be required.
