Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Direct and control traffic using stop/slow paddles, hand signals, and radios to maintain safe and steady movement through work zones;
Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades in accordance with company procedures and state standards;
Monitor road and worksite conditions throughout the shift and adjust traffic control patterns as needed to protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians;
Communicate clearly and consistently with crew members, supervisors, and the public to coordinate safe and efficient operations;
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment, and immediately report any hazards, incidents, or equipment issues
