Replenisher – Warehouse (Shipping Department)

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Replenisher to join our Warehouse Shipping team. This role is responsible for restocking pick locations, pulling products for shipments, and loading outbound trucks. The ideal candidate must have experience operating lift trucks (tow motors) and be comfortable performing physically demanding labor for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenish pick locations throughout the warehouse by hand or using material handling equipment
• Operate lift trucks (tow motors) to transport and position pallets, materials, and inventory
• Pull and stage products accurately for outbound shipments
• Load trucks efficiently and safely to meet shipping schedules
• Ensure inventory is rotated properly and stocked in correct locations
• Perform regular safety checks and report any hazards or equipment issues
• Maintain clean and organized work areas within the warehouse
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Lift truck (tow motor) experience is required
• Must be physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, standing, and moving for extended periods
• Ability to handle fast-paced, physically intense labor (approx. 50% of shift)
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory handling
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
