True Coffee is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and help ensure the business runs smoothly. This role provides hands-on administrative support, coordinates schedules and meetings, and assists with the day-to-day details that keep the team functioning efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do
As Administrative Assistant, you will support daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing records, and assisting with administrative tasks that keep the business running efficiently.
This role will start at 20 hours a week with plans to move to full-time hours by Fall 2026.
You will:
Maintain calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
Assist with invoices, expense reports, and basic record keeping
Order supplies and communicate with vendors as needed
Support planning of company events and team activities
Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items
Maintain organized files and documentation in Google Suite and
