Dental receptionist / admin

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude, making them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow‑ups.
  • Coordinate hygiene appointments and ensure the hygiene schedule is fully booked.
  • Handle patient check‑in/check‑out processes, including collecting payments and verifying insurance information.
  • Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with answering phones, responding to emails, and addressing patient inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.
Salary Range

Part‑time $15 - $18 per hour

Shift & Schedule

Monday, Thursday, Friday – 8am – 5pm;
Tuesday 10am – 7pm;

Requirements
  • At least 1‑2 years of dental experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with dental office software and general computer skills.
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and a love for helping people.
