Join us and play your part in something special! The Litigation Coordinator is responsible for general administrative and accounting functions within the Legal department.

Essential Functions
  • Conduct thorough reviews of litigation/claims documents to identify policy and claims details accurately.
  • Process litigation/claims documents in a client portal, including tasks such as opening, categorizing, archiving, and distributing materials to clients.
  • Establish effective communication with external parties regarding litigation/claims documents, including email drafting and phone calls.
  • Prioritize precision in data entry and document processing, with a focus on accuracy.
  • Execute specialized processing tasks as required by the role.
  • Assist in managing incoming calls that require additional information from the caller and directing callers to the appropriate resource.
  • Maintain a foundational understanding of SNC’s products and markets.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Offer administrative support to management as required.
  • Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as needed or requested.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • Adaptability to handle a mix of responsibilities.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle numerous tasks at once.
  • Strong customer service acumen.
  • Solid organizational abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Some college education is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an insurance company or agency is advantageous.
