Overview

The Litigation Coordinator efficiently manages the sorting, indexing, and tracking of documents and correspondence to support legal and claims processes within the State National litigation/claims portal.

Essential Functions
  • Efficiently sort documents and correspondence from fax, portal, email, and physical mail.
  • Accurately index all incoming correspondence within the State National litigation/claims portal.
  • Create and maintain detailed tracking logs for a variety of items.
  • Establish effective communication with external parties regarding litigation/claims documents, including email drafting and phone calls.
  • Prioritize precision in data entry and document processing.
  • Execute specialized processing tasks as required by the role.
  • Assist in managing incoming calls, gathering necessary information, and directing callers to appropriate resources.
  • Maintain a foundational understanding of SNC’s products and markets.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Offer administrative support to management as required.
  • Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as needed or requested.
Work Arrangement

Fully in‑office; onsite full‑time required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in computer usage; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously, strong customer‑service acumen, and solid organizational abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail.
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
  • Prior experience in an insurance company or agency is advantageous.
