EssentialFunctions
- Efficiently sort documents and correspondence from various sources, including fax, portal, email, and physical mail.
- Accurately index all incoming correspondence within the State National litigation/claims portal for proper categorization.
- Create and maintain detailed tracking logs for a variety of items.
- Establish effective communication with external parties regarding litigation/claims documents, including email drafting and phone calls.
- Prioritize precision in data entry and document processing, with a focus on accuracy.
- Execute specialized processing tasks as required by the role.
- Assist in managing incoming calls by gathering information from callers and directing them to the appropriate resource.
- Maintain a foundational understanding of SNC's products and markets.
- This is a fully in‑office position. Candidates must be able to work onsite full‑time.
- Offer administrative support to management as required.
- Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as needed or requested.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- Adaptability to handle a mix of responsibilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle numerous tasks at once.
- Strong customer service acumen.
- Solid organizational abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Some college education is preferred.
- Prior experience in an insurance company or agency is advantageous.

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job‑relevant education, experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors.
