Part-time Receptionist-Acura Peabody

Overview

Are you friendly, energetic, and passionate about providing great customer service? Acura of Peabody, part of the Lyon‑Waugh Auto Group, is looking for a part‑time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership.

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer telephone lines in a courteous manner
• Count money in the drawer at the beginning & end of shift
• Run credit card closing reports & prepare deposit for accounting
• Receive repair orders and payment from customers
• Receipt sales deposits/COD
• Scan & file documents
• Receive & distribute mail
• Other tasks assigned by the management team

Pay Rate: $18/hr.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday 4:30pm‑7pm and alternating Saturdays 8am‑5pm
