Job Description:
- Minimum 7+ years of electric utility engineering/design experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or actively pursuing licensure with a scheduled exam date.
- Strong understanding of NESC requirements and utility client standards.
- Experience mentoring technical staff and leading quality initiatives.
- Recognized technical leader with a passion for training and development.
- Lead and manage the Quality Control team.
- Ensure all engineering and design deliverables comply with client standards, company procedures, and NESC requirements.
- Serve as the office's primary technical resource and subject matter expert.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Provide guidance on complex engineering and design challenges.
- Lead engineering training programs and technical development initiatives.
- Mentor engineers, designers, and supervisors.
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices.
