- Maintain advanced knowledge of industry engineering and technical codes, standards, and best practices
- Review work of subordinate Engineering professionals
- Develop and oversee QA/QC and technical training processes and procedures for assigned offices, work teams, projects, and/or clients
- Engineering / technical expertise and guidance in the identification, analysis and resolution of problems
- Assist in recruiting efforts, when requested
- Assist in Business Development and Strategic Planning for the group, when requested
- Perform Project Management Activities on Assigned Client Projects along with Responsible Charge
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCERequired A Bachelor's of Science degree for man ABET accredited four-year college or University in Engineering preferably in one of the core engineering disciplines (i.e., Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil).
Experience4-7
Year(s) Experience in electric utility infrastructure design and engineering.
- A. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- B. Ability to write reports, Business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- C. Ability to effectively present information in one-on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
SKILLS:
- A. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plan and solid geometry and trigonometry.
- A. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- B. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Able to clearly communicate both written and orally within internal and external clients and employees.
