Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Worth CU is searching for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial operations in accordance with GAAP, ensuring accurate reporting, effective forecasting, and the protection of member assets. This role provides strategic financial leadership, guiding long-term planning, risk management, and organizational growth. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO contributes to strategic direction and decision-making.
The position leads budgeting, treasury, liquidity, and investment activities, manages interest rate risk, and ensures regulatory compliance. The CFO also fosters a high-performance culture by coaching and guiding teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required, Certified Public Accounting (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) beneficial. Ten plus years of experience in managing Accounting and Finance functions, including experience in Asset Liability Management, with a minimum of five years of senior executive management experience.
