At True, Inc., we partner with purpose-driven leaders to secure critical funding, build long-term sustainability, and expand impact in communities that need it most. Our work is rooted in a deep commitment to service, and powered by people who care about doing the right thing, the right way.
Our Core ValuesOur values are not just words, they define how we work, lead, and serve:
- Truth - TRUE was founded on the principle that we speak the truth in all situations, no matter what. We won’t bend the truth even in the midst of outside pressure for more money or influence. Integrity and ethics guide our work and decision‑making, ensuring every action reflects who we are. The Truth is the solid ground we stand on.
- Justice - In every area of TRUE, we help those who are disadvantaged, including supporting clients who serve the underprivileged. This is why we don’t operate as merely consultants, but rather we partner, because the communities being served matter to us as much as they do to our clients. We see generosity and service to others as part of Justice, as we aim to help equip those who are disadvantaged.
- Respectful Relationships - At TRUE, we treat each other the way we would want to be treated. We care about what others are working on, and support them in every way we can. We come alongside our clients as a part of their team, building trust with extra care and respect for their work.
- Excellence - As we pay careful attention to develop tomorrow’s wealth, it means everyone has a future. Therefore, we demonstrate high professional standards in our work, even if the client has a different style. We are progressing from a high‑growth organization to a diligent, process‑oriented team. Our close relationships facilitate development and accountability towards excellence.
