As Director of Finance and Corporate Governance, you will oversee both financial strategy and corporate governance functions, ensuring the organization operates with strong financial discipline, compliance, and operational structure.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership
• Oversee accounting operations and financial performance
• Manage cash flow and multi‑entity financial activity
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Oversee corporate governance, including legal documentation and filings
• Manage corporate insurance programs and coverage

You are strategic, analytical, and systems‑oriented, someone who understands both financial operations and corporate governance, and can build structure that supports long‑term success.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Finance/Accounting, or Risk Management)
• 3–5 years of professional experience
• Experience in financial management, accounting, or bookkeeping
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience working with compliance, documentation, or corporate processes
