Director of Finance

We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Director of Finance for one of our clients. This role will lead both the financial operations and corporate governance framework of the organization. This role serves as a key partner to executive leadership, ensuring financial health, regulatory compliance, and the development of structured systems that support operational integrity and long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings strong financial expertise alongside experience in compliance, risk management, and corporate operations.

As Director of Finance, you will oversee both financial strategy and corporate governance functions, ensuring the organization operates with strong financial discipline, compliance, and operational structure.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership
• Oversee accounting operations and financial performance
• Manage cash flow and multi‑entity financial activity
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Oversee corporate governance, including legal documentation and filings
• Manage corporate insurance programs and coverage
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Identify and mitigate financial, legal, and operational risks
• Build and improve systems for financial operations and documentation

Your work will strengthen both the financial foundation and governance structure of the organization, ensuring sustainable growth, operational clarity, and reduced risk.

This will be a salaried exempt position. The compensation range for this role is $110,000- $145,000.
