• Welcome and greet members in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments.
• Balance cash, merchandise and other transactions.
• Answer member inquiries according to current FTWCCU policies.

Work hours vary according to teller schedules:
Monday – Friday 7:15 am – 4:00 pm, 8:45 am – 5:30 pm, or 9:45 am – 6:30 pm.

All full-time tellers are required to work two Saturdays a month from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm.

Float tellers are based at the Bedford headquarters but may work at any of our 10 offices as needed.

Mileage is reimbursed according to FTWCCU policies.
