Job Summary
The Float FSR position is based at our Headquarters office, but normally works at any of our 10 offices as necessary to meet staffing needs. If the location assigned is any office other than HQ, mileage reimbursement is available as provided by company policy. The primary responsibilities of the FSR position include opening accounts, establishing IRAs, issuing debit cards, handling member inquiries, wires, and transfers, assisting with home banking and bill‑pay issues, and cross‑selling the credit union's products and services.
FSRs also provide general lending services to members, including taking loan applications, preparing loans for credit approval and disbursal, and communicating lending decisions to members.
Work hours: The typical schedule for this position is Monday – Thursday 8:45 am – 5:30 pm, Friday 8:45 am – 6:30 pm, and 2 Saturdays a month 8:30 am – 12:30 pm. (Alternate Monday – Friday shifts of 7:30 am – 4:30 pm or 9:30 am – 6:15 pm may be required depending on the daily assignment.)
