- Provide Specialized Care:
Deliver expert-level, advanced wound care including allografting, surgical debridement, and management of chronic, non-healing wounds - Collaborate with Healthcare Teams:
Partner with a multidisciplinary team for seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes - Manage Your
Schedule:
Enjoy autonomy as you travel to patient homes, creating your own rhythm of patient care - Document with Precision:
Maintain accurate patient records for assessments, treatments, and progress - Stay Ahead:
Contribute to continuous improvement and stay current with leading-edge wound care techniques
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Wound Care Certification (preferred, with CEUs provided if needed within 90 days of hire)
- Strong independence, communication, and organizational skills
- A passion for patient-centered care
- Competitive Pay: $130,000 annually with bonus opportunities
