Recognition & culture

We celebrate the people who show up every day. Each month, two caregivers are recognized through our “Caught Caring” award, nominated by clients and managers and featured in our newsletter.

Through our Nectar rewards program, you earn points for going above and beyond, redeemable for gift cards. Birthdays and work anniversaries are recognized because those milestones matter.

Throughout the year we host events to show appreciation, including CNA Week, Caregiver Week, Halloween, Thanksgiving, back to school gift cards, and 10-year anniversary celebrations. Our annual Christmas party is a highlight for the whole team: everyone walks away with a gift, and the longer you’ve been with us, the bigger it gets.

From day one, you’ll train hands-on in our dedicated skills room. You’ll also get access to thousands of training videos through Relias, organized into four levels based on your experience, including specialized dementia care training.

Monthly in-service sessions keep your skills sharp as you grow. And here’s what sets us apart: the more you learn, the more you earn.

Each training level you complete unlocks higher hourly pay. Your skills are rewarded, not just your title.

A clear path forward

We don’t leave you guessing where you can go. There’s a real career ladder here.

We offer medical insurance, life insurance, and Aflac supplemental coverage. We also have something most agencies don’t: a full-time social worker on staff, available to you at no cost for resources, referrals, or just support when you need it.

She leads monthly in-service sessions focused specifically on caregiver wellbeing, because we know this work can be demanding and we want to make sure you’re taken care of too.

Compensation

Your starting pay is based on your experience and skill set, with CNAs receiving an additional bump. From there, your pay is not fixed: as you complete training levels and grow your skills, your hourly rate grows with you.

You also earn PTO through completing training, and after one year you’re eligible for our 401k with a matching program. If you refer another caregiver who joins the team and works 80 hours, you earn a $250 referral bonus.
