  Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday—enjoy consistent hours, a single clinic home, and your weekends free (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).
• BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside accessible, supportive BCBAs in a clinical culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn.

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun, clinic setting.
• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.

• Credentials: Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.
• Backgrounds Welcome: Great for career-changers from daycare, early childhood education, caregiving, special education support, retail, customer service, or healthcare support!
• Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily commute to the clinic.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
