Caregiver & CNA Responsibilities
  • Assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene assistance.
  • Assist with transfers, ambulation, gait belts, and Hoyer lifts when needed.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Support clients living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
  • Assist stroke recovery and hospice clients as directed by the care plan.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
  • Monitor client condition and report changes to office staff.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
  • Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of professional Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, or Home Care experience
  • Experience working with seniors preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
  • Must provide TB test results or chest X-ray within 10 days of hire
