Are you a compassionate Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for meaningful work where you can make a difference every day? We are seeking experienced Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants, and Senior Care Professionals to join our growing home care team. Our caregivers help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while providing the compassionate support families rely on.
We offer flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, weekend, overnight, and short shifts available. Caregiver and CNA responsibilities include assisting seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs), providing personal care, assisting with transfers, providing companionship and emotional support, supporting clients living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, assisting stroke recovery and hospice clients as directed by the care plan, preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed, performing light housekeeping and laundry, accompanying clients to appointments and errands, monitoring client condition and reporting changes to office staff, maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment, and following individualized care plans and company policies.
Qualifications include minimum 1 year of professional caregiver, CNA, home health aide, personal care assistant, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or home care experience, experience working with seniors preferred, reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current auto insurance required, ability to lift 50 pounds or more, ability to pass a criminal background check, and must provide TB test results or chest X-ray within 10 days of hire.
