At Kozy Hotel, we believe great hospitality starts behind the scenes. Our Houseman plays a vital role in supporting the housekeeping team, maintaining public spaces, and ensuring guests enjoy a clean, stylish, and well-stocked environment.

What You'll Do

• Delivering linens, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms and housekeeping staff
• Removing trash and used linens from guest floors and service areas
• Cleaning and maintaining public spaces including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and fitness areas
• Assisting with room turns, deep cleaning projects, and furniture setups
• Responding to guest requests and supporting room attendants as needed
• Ensuring storage closets and carts are stocked, organized, and secure
• Reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly

Requirements

What You Bring

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality support preferred

• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts

• Respectful communication and a guest-first mindset.
