Job Title: IT Consultant – Desktop / Microsoft 365 (Hybrid, Bedford TX)
Type: Full-Time W-2 | Benefits (Justworks) + 401(k)
Pay:$85,000 – $105,000 (DOE)
Hybrid/in-person role in Bedford (near Hwy 183). Local candidates only.

We’re a small, high-touch IT consulting company. We operate like an MSP in what we do, but we bill hourly and
do not resell
hardware/software/subscriptions. Our focus is
fast resolution, white-glove service, and protecting users from being dismissed or intimidated
.
This role is for someone who loves helping people, builds trust quickly, and takes ownership of problems end-to-end.
What you’ll do- Front-line support for business users (remote + occasional onsite)
- Troubleshoot Windows, printers, Wi-Fi, and everyday productivity issues
- Communicate clearly, set expectations, and follow through
- Work with (and push back on) vendors when they try to deflect responsibility
- Strong customer service instincts + technical competence
- Comfortable working independently and asking for help when needed
- Honest, grounded, and doesn’t overpromise
- Microsoft 365 experience and strong Windows troubleshooting
