All aspects of handling Client files sent to State National daily. The duties include, programming for inbound files from clients in a HP-UX Informix/Cobol environment, analyzing and diagnosing issues with files sent by clients daily. Handling data file conversions using third party ETL software. Coordinating projects.

Job Responsibilities:

* Analyze and Diagnose issues with Loans Files sent from Clients Daily.

* Assist is submission of Account Loan Files to Operations Daily.

* Design and implement application system changes and enhancements to the Loan File Application (ETL).

* Perform multiple, concurrent projects; help set priorities; report status - currently production and test environments operate in a HP-UX Informix/Cobol and Linux environment.

* Communicate with clients on questions, clarification, issues, follow up and resolution of issues.

* Set up new clients in the test and live systems.

* Handle insurance conversion files for new accounts

* Complete application system changes for new and existing clients in third party data conversion software.

Education/

Experience:

* College degree preferred, high school diploma required.

* At least 4 years in QA and/or programming

* Programming languages - Cobol, Informix ISQL/4GL or ETL Tools a plus

* Operating systems and scripting - vi, HPUX/UNIX, Shell scripting, Linux, .NET

* Knowledge of SQL and database/file structures

* Strong problem solving and analytical skills

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Detail oriented
