  • Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect & innovate:
    Design and implement robust Spine‑Leaf network architectures and VLAN/VRF segmentation strategies to isolate, secure, and prioritize mission‑critical broadcast traffic.
  • Security orchestration:
    Own and harden the network perimeter using Fortinet firewalls and Crowd Strike Identity Protection, enforcing a zero‑trust security posture across all production assets.
  • Broadcast fabric management:
    Lead the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of Juniper SRX/EX and Arista switching environments, ensuring high‑throughput video delivery and precise PTP synchronization.
  • Deployment & physical execution:
    Design, build, and deploy complex network environments—from rack elevation and structured cabling to the logical configuration of VPNs, QoS policies, and load balancers.
  • Strategic troubleshooting:
    Serve as the Tier‑3 escalation point for advanced network incidents, leveraging deep packet inspection, traffic analysis, and forensic diagnostics to maximize uptime.
  • Future‑proof documentation:
    Develop and maintain best‑in‑class technical documentation and SOPs to support scalability and long‑term global infrastructure operations.
  • Collaborative leadership:
    Partner closely with RF and Studio Engineering teams to troubleshoot SRT/RTMP transport paths and automate live and on‑demand streaming workflows.
The Expert Profile

We are seeking a seasoned network professional fluent in both Enterprise IT and Live Broadcast environments.

Qualifications & Expertise
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience:

    7–10+ years of senior‑level experience supporting high‑availability environments (broadcast or telecom experience strongly preferred).
  • Core Technology Expertise:
    • Expert‑level experience with Fortinet firewall administration
    • Deep hands‑on knowledge of Juniper SRX/EX platforms and Junos OS
    • Strong experience with Arista, Brocade, and Dell switching environments
  • Systems Knowledge:
    Advanced understanding of VMware, Active Directory, and Windows Server (2019/2022).
  • Cloud Fluency:
    Experience integrating Azure and Office 365 within hybrid‑cloud architectures.
  • Certifications:

    JNCIP, CCNP, or CCNA preferred.
Physical & Work Requirements
  • Ability to sit at a workstation or walk for extended periods.
  • Normal range of vision and hearing required.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds or more.
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including during live productions and events.
