As Tech / AI Specialist, you will lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of AI-driven systems used across the organization, including the TRUE Grant program. You will design prompts, manage context, build automations, and work closely with subject matter experts to ensure technology supports accurate, efficient, and high-quality work.

• Design and maintain prompt architecture and context engineering for AI systems
• Develop and improve the TRUE Grant AI program
• Build workflow automations and system integrations
• Test, refine, and troubleshoot AI tools to improve performance and accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure AI tools support real-world processes
• Manage AI memory, context windows, and data grounding
• Prevent errors and hallucinations through strong prompt and source control
• Document workflows and maintain system organization
• Support ongoing innovation and development of new technology solutions

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Psychology, Philosophy, Technology, or related field)
• Experience working with AI tools, LLMs, or automation platforms
• Experience with prompt engineering or context management
• Strong technical problem‑solving ability
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects
