About Us
Were a small, highly responsive IT consulting company that operates like a traditional MSP—but with a different philosophy.
We bill for our expertise, not product sales. We dont resell hardware or software, and we dont push unnecessary products or services. Instead, we focus on solving real problems, advocating for our clients, and giving them confidence in their technology decisions.
Our clients trust us because we put their interests first. Whether that means coordinating vendors, challenging recommendations that dont make sense, or finding a better solution, our job is to be their trusted technology advisor—not another sales organization.
Our approach is white-glove, not bargain-bin. We move quickly, think critically, communicate exceptionally well, and always put the user experience first. We take pride in making technology feel effortless for our clients, whether were assisting an executive, a new employee, or an entire organization.
The Opportunity
Were growing and looking for experienced systems support professionals who combine broad technical expertise with exceptional client service.
This role is ideal for someone who is a little overqualified for a traditional IT support role—someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives with autonomy, takes ownership of problems until theyre fully resolved, and collaborates when appropriate without relying on constant escalation.
Youll provide white-glove support to everyone from front-line staff to directors, executives, and C-suite leadership. Youll own issues from beginning to end, build trusted client relationships, and become the person clients know they can count on when technology matters.
If your favorite part of IT is helping people while solving challenging technical problems—and you enjoy the variety that comes from supporting multiple organizations—wed love to meet you.
