- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Sell and service a range of insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction.
- Process new business applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, leveraging bilingual skills as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and group sales targets.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance sales or a similar client-facing sales role.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and policy servicing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office applications.
