The Operations Supervisor will lead a team of utility designers responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions that support infrastructure and utility projects. This individual will serve as both a technical leader and people manager, ensuring the team is operating efficiently while maintaining high standards for accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction.
On a day-to-day basis, the Operations Supervisor will oversee workload planning, assign resources, and monitor team performance to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within quality expectations. They will provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing development opportunities for employees while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. The supervisor will be responsible for conducting regular performance discussions, setting goals, recognizing achievements, and addressing performance concerns when necessary.
