RN - PCU
Work location:
Texas Health HEB: 1600 Hospital Parkway, Bedford, Texas 76022.
Work hours:
Full Time (36 hours);
Days, 7:00am – 7:00pm

- Registered Nurse Diploma OR
- Associate's Degree Nursing OR
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing (preferred)
- 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
- 1 year of previous PCU experience preferred
Registered Nurse upon hire required - BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days required
- NIHSS – National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification 30 days required
- CPI – Crisis Prevention Training maintained annually 60 days required
- Basic Human Needs – Responds to other’s priorities regarding safety, physical, psychological, and social needs.
