Bedford Wellness and Rehabilitation Center in Bedford, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver efficient nursing care, achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in a SNF setting. You will supervise care during your shift and coordinate with physicians and staff.
Requirements include graduation from an approved LVN program and TX licensure, current BLS/CPR certification, and at least 2 years' nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
